Yes, we value your recommendations! When you refer someone to us, and they have either anti wrinkle injections, or face or lip fillers, you will receive a £40 referral fee. This applies to the first treatment for any new customer. There is no limit to the number of referral fees we pay. Help us spread the word!
You can easily cancel or reschedule your appointment using our online booking tool. Please provide a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for any changes. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours will result in the loss of any deposit paid.

Face & lip fillers
Discomfort during dermal filler treatments is usually minimal. Fine needles are used to administer the injections, and I also use topical numbing creams to ensure your comfort throughout the procedure.
Generally, results can last between six to twelve months.

Most patients can resume their normal activities immediately after dermal filler injections. However, some aftercare will need to be followed after the procedure. These include; remaining upright for 3-4 hours after the treatment and for 24 hours avoiding rubbing/touching the area, strenuous exercise, alcohol, extreme exposure to sunlight and wearing makeup. You will be provided with specific post-treatment care instructions to help minimise any downtime.

Some common side effects include redness and swelling at the treatment site, mild discomfort during the treatment, blistering or crusting in the treated area or changes in skin colour (either lighter or darker). Serious complications are rare but will be discussed during your consultation.
Occasionally, a blister might form and persist for up to 5 days. Typically, healing will occur from 2-6 weeks, depending on the size and location of the blemish.
Most lesions will respond to a single treatment. However, some deeper lesions may take several treatments to get results.
There are no limitations on activity except to protect the treated area from damage or abrasion.
